Looking for a quick fix to brighten up your day? If you're someone who simply doesn't have the time for a day away you can still indulge yourself. Make a pit stop at one of our centres where the choice is yours. Choose from one of the following:

Analysis of your needs followed by one treatment from the selection provided:

- Allow approx 1 hour for your visit

What happens on the day
On arrival, some centres may take you through a short medical questionnaire. Your aromatherapy massage therapist may give you a choice of massage oils. If opting for a manicure or pedicure you may need to allow extra time for your nails to dry.
